PropTech Company won the Real Estate Excellence Award (REA) in the PropTech category, in recognition of its qualitative contributions to developing innovative technical solutions that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The award was presented by His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in the presence of His Excellency the CEO of the Real Estate General Authority, Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, during the Real Estate Excellence Award ceremony, which celebrated models of innovation in the sector.

This achievement underscores the pioneering role that PropTech plays in providing advanced digital solutions that support the digital transformation journey, enhance operational governance, and raise efficiency, in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to develop an attractive and sustainable real estate market.
